Welcome to the first version of the Taste of Diss food directory!

The 2008 Taste of Diss Food Festival was a great success with many local food producers and retailers taking part in a week of events that included picnics, a sausage competition, films, music and talks. We wanted to build on that success and so decided to create this directory of all the traders that took part in Taste of Diss, as well as other outstanding local and regional food businesses.

The directory focuses on businesses close to or in Diss, however, where we have been unable to
identify a producer offering a specific product - smoked fish for example, we have looked further
afield in Norfolk and Suffolk. 

We are bound to have missed a few people! If you are a food producer or retailer within 10
miles of Diss and you are not listed do get in touch and we will make sure you are on-line as
soon as possible and in print next year. Likewise we would love to hear from satisfied customers
who would like to recommend a business.

If you'd like a paper copy of the Directory you should be able to pick up a copy in the Tourist Information Centre near the Mere's Mouth.
