Red Lion

Only 2 miles from Harleston and 8 miles from Diss you can find a gem of a Country Pub. The Red Lion is situated in the pretty village of Needham, in the heart of the beautiful Waveney Valley.

September 2007 saw the re-opening of The Red Lion in the village and it has been re-branded as a village pub again. Charlotte Rye, formerly of The Swan Inn, Hoxne has taken on the day-to-day running of the pub and ready to welcome you with a smile.

The pub now has an appetizing new menu created by a new fresh and engerised chef, using fresh and local produce at sensible prices.

Charlotte wants to emphasise that the pub is open to everybody, whether you want a relaxing pint after a hard days work or whether you want to bring the whole family for a 3 course meal. Big functions can also be catered for on request.

Outside there is a fully licenced sun deck which is beautiful to sit out on in the summer with a nice cool drink. The pub also has a large beer garden which is very safe for families with young children.

Charlotte looks forward to seeing you soon. For more information or to book a table please call 01379 853930 or pop in and say hello.
